The new faces of pop music are constantly changing, but luckily there’s enough room in our hearts for all of them to co-exist. Darja is the latest artist to bubble up from beneath the sound waves. Today, the Belgrade native makes her first appearance on Xintyn with the single “Alone” which we have the honor of premiering right here. In an email to Xintyn, she elaborated on the inspiration behind the new release

Inspiration came from being attracted to someone while being in a relationship with someone else, and instead of indulging and giving into that feeling and cheating – I made up a scenario in my head and wrote a song about it and got it out of my system.
